A graduate of Michigan Notre Dame Prep High School with high honors in the full IB Diploma Program, Debate Team Captain, Co-Editor of the school paper, 8 national championships and 2 Junior Olympics in Volleyball, and student representative for the school board, my work with the Flint Dirty Water Project and setting up the first Peer Group Program with a sister High School in Georgia led me to an opportunity to work with an amazing group of leaders in the American University School of Public Affairs leadership program. Our social action project in leadership will provide a resource to underfunded schools and important information regarding the needs of underfunded schools in Washington DC. A freshman at American University in Political Science, minor International Service, I was accepted into the 3 year accelerated Politics, Public Affairs and Law Program, the Complex Problems Community and the AU Division 1 Volleyball Team. My first semester away from home was spent traveling the east coast with the volleyball team, winning my first NCAA D1 Patriot League Championship for AU, researching the communities of DC through the Who is DC? Program, and witnessing firsthand the transition of a new government. I plan to attend law school, internship in service internationally and absorb any opportunity that will prepare me for a life of service in foreign affairs, morality and social justice. I spend my spare time in meditations, snow board competitions, learning music, dance and art of other cultures and comedy shows. Because at the end of the day nothing is better than a good laugh with good people. Please feel free to contact me if any questions about my resume, news articles or follow.
