Ido Leidner, Student Coordinator

Ido Leidner is a graduate student at the School of International Service. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in International Affairs Policy and Analysis (IAPA), specializing in Policy Analysis of the Indo-Pacific and Sinospheric geopolitical affairs.

Ido has served as a policy analyst and assistant researcher in several think tanks specializing in China and Indo-Pacific engagement with the Middle East, and has been involved in American University’s Abdul Aziz Said Peace Scholars Program and the International Relations Society. Ido’s interests include Indo-Pacific security dynamics vis-à-vis China and the US, Defense Diplomacy, maritime security, emerging technologies, international intelligence, Grand Strategy, conflict Monitoring, Indo-Pacific and Middle East relations, and Asia-Pacific multilateralism. His works have been published in Cornell University’s International Affairs Review and the Young China Watcher (YCW) Network.
