About Me!

Hello! My name is Christine Cornwell and I am a Biology Major with a Minor in International Relations at American University! I developed an interest in biology when working with exotic animals at Hidden Clover, a company dedicated to protecting the environment through education and children’s books. This work developed my passion for environmental protection which has transformed into a passion for the Agricultural Industry in the United States. Currently I am a Program Leader for a Freshman Seminar Course where we discuss the topic of Food Justice and how it affects our local area of D.C. My career aspiration is to create policy around the Agricultural Industry that is not only sustainable, but also protects health and human rights.
