  • Independently designed an experiment which demonstrated Antimicrobial effect of garlic against food born bacteria. The aim of the experiment studied the effects aqueous garlic has on Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus pumilus, Escherichia Coli & Salmonella, as well the effect of temperature on the antimicrobial activity of aqueous garlic extract.
  • The experiment successfully demonstrated results to make a conclusion, operating various lab equipment, identifying and incorporating scientific literature, presentation.
