Additionally, I am a proud graduate of American University, obtaining a BA in both Political Science and Secondary Education. Continuing on my work from participating in the School of Public Affairs Leadership Program at my alma mater, I remain involved in my community. I have taken roles as a peer mentor, clinic supervisor, and camp counselor within my community throughout the past few years. My current professional ambition is to obtain an occupation in the public sector that would enable me to make positive change. I hope to do so while utilizing my skills of data analysis, research, professional writing, and leadership. My dream job is one that is affiliated with my passions; leadership, political science, public policy, and education. I try to balance having rigorous professional ambitions with giving back to my community, and living an active lifestyle is important to me.
