Our team dynamic during the implementation phase of our project was overwhelmingly positive. In the days and weeks leading up to our final phase of the project- our seminar, we really hit our stride. We assigned roles between ourselves as to who would be responsible for finalizing the final elements of our project. Those who were strongest in the writing side of things were put in charge of the script and those best suited for communication followed up with our speakers and kept the rest of us updated on their communications. We kept in constant contact leading up to the seminar, the day of, and during the seminar ultimately leading to an incredibly successful event.
