ABOUT THE TOOL: “This training will help individuals use the tools—Matrix and Decision Tree Diagram—developed by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) Task Force on Safe Access to Firewood and alternative Energy (SAFE) to determine safe and appropriate means of meeting cooking fuel needs under difficult circumstances.”
