Women on Weights 

  • Spring 2020, Dates/Times TBD – keep a lookout!
  • Cost: Free!
  • Program designed to help women feel more comfortable in the weight room and get excited about training to become STRONG! Trainers go over form and technique, as well as how to build your own weightlifting program. This program benefits beginner lifters as well as intermediate lifters. 

 

Push/Pull Training Program

  • Spring 2020, Dates/Time TBD – keep a lookout!
  • Cost: $25
  • Trainers will lead you through a 4-week program to help you build maximal strength, especially in the bench press & deadlift. 

Personal Training

  • Fall, Spring, Summer semesters
  • Cost (standard 60 min session):

    Fitness Assessment: $35.00
    Single Session: $80.00
    Three Sessions: $225.00
    Five Sessions: $350.00
    Ten Sessions: $650.00
    Fifteen Sessions: $885.00

  • Visit Cassell or Jacobs Fitness Center to speak with a staff member in order to request a personal trainer.

Group Fitness Schedule
