As we prepare for the resumption of classes on Wednesday, we want to let you know what the Instructional Continuity Team is doing to help. The Instructional Continuity Team is comprised of members of the Library’s E-Learning Support team as well as the CTRL team. We are happy to assist you through this transition.
As always, Blackboard and related tools are supported 24/7.
Starting Tuesday March 17, we will begin providing live/rapid-response support for faculty with questions about Blackboard and related tools (Collaborate, Kaltura, etc). Please note that we are unable to provide support for other platforms including Zoom, Google Hangout, and Skype.
Starting Tuesday, March 17: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM there are three support options for your convenience, each will contact a member of the Instructional Continuity Team.
