  • Create solutions, feed fish, and transfer fish from solution to solution
  • Independent research on how hyperglycemia affects eyesight and behavior in zebrafish

 

Hackensack River Keepers: Overpeck Kayak Center   Teaneck, NJ

Assistant Manager Summer 2015

  • Taught the general public kayak and canoe safety protocol
  • Lead guided nature tours down the hackensack river, educating public on various plant and animal species
  • Dealt with customers daily and fixed minor problems around center such as kayak and canoe repair
  • Handled financial transactions, payment of workers, and collection of funds

Intern Fall Semester, 2015

  • Practice husbandry and handling of wild animals

Internship Program: Shadowing a Doctor September 2014- June 2015

  • Shadowed Dr.DeGregorio, a Cardiologist, in the cardiac catheterization lab and invasive cardiology lab
