About Me

My name is Madeline Hull and I am a sophomore in the School of Public Affairs at American University. I am majoring in C.L.E.G. (Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government) and I am a member of the School of Public Affairs Leadership Program.

In the future, I aim to go to law school or graduate school and pursue a career that focuses on helping others. My core skills are communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving/ analytical thinking, organization and time management.  To further develop and refine these skills I plan on continuing my studies of how to become a better leader in the School of Public Affairs Leadership Program. I also wish to acquire challenging internships and study hard courses to further expand the extent of these abilities.

My background includes working as an intern at Sterne Kessler, an Intellectual Property Law Firm in D.C. I have also worked as an intern in the IT Tech Department at the Montgomery County Circuit Court, teaching me technical and intercommunication skills. In my junior year of high school, I studied abroad in England and took a full course load of classes while also meeting new people and traveling on my own which helped foster independence and adaptability skills. I also studied at Montgomery College my entire senior year and half of my junior year which refined my analytical and problem-solving skills.
