Nice to meet you! I’m Molly Morabito.
As a current student at American University, I am completing an interdisciplinary B.A. in Communications, Legal Studies, Economics & Government (CLEG) with a minor in International Relations. Upon graduation this May, I will be pursuing an MSc in Environmental Policy & Regulation at the London School of Economics before going on to begin a career in climate change mitigation and energy reform.
During my time as an undergraduate, I have completed several internships in the public sector at non-profit organizations, public advocacy firms, grassroot lobbying groups, and the U.S. Senate. I’ve also held jobs as a contributing writer for an online news publication, a program associate at my university, a restaurant server and a surf instructor.
I’m an excellent communicator, an innovative thinker, and a strong team player. I love working with people, but I also have the initiative and drive to take on projects on my own. I am passionate about the environment and am working to empower others to advocate for this important issue. And I believe that it is never too early to start working on the issues you care about.
