Created and edited research of statements, opinions, policy ideas on several pieces of key legislation. Contributed to the information gathering, updating, editing, and review process of two agency publications. Participated in brainstorming and implementing educational technology initiatives that foster learning. Collaborated with a diverse team of teachers and policy advisors on information sharing and outreach.

Contributed to the government affairs strategy of the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities. Participated in Congressional and Government Affairs advocacy on behalf of member institutions. Attended relative meetings and developed detailed summaries to be sent organization-wide. Wrote and edited initial drafts of policy position letters for Vice President to send to government leaders.
