I hold a Ph.D. in Government from Georgetown University, an M.T.S. from the Boston College School of Theology and Ministry, and a B.A./M.A. from Boston University.
I have also studied at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques and the Institut Catholique, both in Paris, and at the University of Coimbra and the University of Lisbon, in Portugal.
