Reset Your Password

Need help resetting your password? Follow the steps below!

1. Select the “Lost your password?” link on the login page.

2. Enter your AU email address. If you are a student, do not include the student portion; only include Then click the blue “Get New Password” button.

3. Check your email for a message from WordPress and follow the password reset link.

4. Replace the suggested password with one of your own choosing.

5. Replace the suggested text with a password of your choosing that meets the strong criteria. Then select the “Reset Password” button.

6. Once your password has been reset, follow the link to login to your site using your email address and new password.
