About Me

I am Sirah Bah, and a senior Biology major with a minor in Art History at American University in Washington D.C. My studies show my varied interests, and my passion in two very diverse subjects. However, I would like to take these two interests in order to pursue a career in medicine. I have had invaluable experiences in the field of biological research and have worked in a neuroscience lab studying Parkinson’s Disease treatments for three years. I am extremely passionate about research and contributing to a field that can help save and better the lives of many. I also have a lot of clinical experience and have worked as a patient care volunteer in hospitals. I truly cherish my time not only spent with patients but also in a medical environment.
