Regardless of the taste you are assuming that none of the salmon which are farmed do not have any human variables which may contribute to poor health: cancer, antibiotics, gmo, genetically altered feed, etc.. What’s worse is that many of these fish may escape their enclosures and spawn with wild fish and altered millions of years of genetic evolution. I think you are not seeing this out properly.
