In light of finals week being upon us, I decided to do a quick post about caffeine and the effects on the body. I believe that everyone should know what’s going into their body and how it’s effecting them. That’s why I definitely believe this article is important, because it not only informs the readers of the good effects but also of the bad ones too. Mindful Eating/Drinking Topic: Sugar Overload with Hot Drinks

We all know (or at least should know) that too much sugar is bad for you, but it can be easy to overlook the sugar content in certain foods and drinks. According to CNN, Starbucks drinks, which contain up to 25 teaspoons of sugar per serving, are such consumable products to look out for. This means that people who drink Starbucks coffee every morning consume more sugar daily than deemed healthy by the American Heart Association and can suffer adverse short-term and long-term effects on their bodies.
