What does a Contributing Editor do?
Thank you for your interest in becoming a World Mind Contributing Editor! This position enables our magazine to produce some of the most engaging work at American University.
Contributing Editors act as both authors and reviewers during our writing cycle. For two issues per semester, they will write their own work and anonymously edit others’ submissions, meticulously ensuring no grammatical errors and factual inaccuracies are made.
The World Mind prefers to select candidates that have published with our magazine at least once before applying, to gauge one’s capacity in tone, style, and format. Thank you for submitting and we look forward to reading your application!
