As program developer, I believe in a client-based approach, through the use of Motivational Interviewing strategies, to be most effective for eliciting positive behavior change. Through this program, I am eager to guide individuals in building healthy and sustainable habits that encourages positive relationships with food. Ultimately, Choose to Lose was designed to help people live healthier and happier.
