Reflection

At the beginning of this course, I had no idea what my program would become. Each and every assignment gave me insight into what I was really trying to create. Constructing my mission statement, goals, and objectives might have been the most helpful in allowing me to dive deeper into what this program was going to be about. The program rationale, as daunting as it was, helped me to see the true need for health promotion programs such as Choose to Lose. I had a blast creating the blog and would love to do more. I think the peer feedback was invaluable to the development of this program. I found it to be most beneficial for pointing out stronger points to enhance as well as weaker spots to work on.

In the end, my program evolved into something I can say truly speaks to the reason why I decided to study nutrition in the first place, to help people live happier and healthier.
