I eagerly joined the Kennedy Political Union in January 2018 as the hospitality coordinator. It was my initial responsibility to coordinate all activities for the speaker and VIPs.
In June 2018, I was chosen to be the Deputy Director of Event Production. I stayed in this role until I graduated from AU in 2020. As the lead event producer, it was my responsibility to lead the team planning all logistics for approximately 20 events per year. That included negotiating contracts, creating run of shows, and, of course, coordinating security operations. For more information about me responsibilities for KPU, check out my blog post here.
