As captain, I motivated fellow teammates in practice and competition, working to include everyone in the activity. Along with my fellow seniors, I established a competitive environment to advance discipline and dedication to the team. During the season, I was in a position to manage disputes and conflict among team members and served as a medium between the coaches and the members of the team.
