How to Register for the Circle

To register for the Circle, please click “Register” here or in the menu at the top of this page, and fill out the web form there. We’re currently accepting applicants for the wait list for the Fall.

We ask for a donation of $100 per student for the semester to help us keep the program running, but this is optional. We will not turn away any student for financial reasons.

Parking

Unfortunately, our parking situation has changed as of Fall, 2025. Parking is no longer free in the evenings. It costs $2/hour, payable at kiosks or via an app advertised there. Here are the parking areas that are likely most convenient for you.

[Accessible ONLY from Nebraska Ave northeast-bound:] The East Campus Parking lot. Enter via the driveway on Nebraska, between New Mexico Ave and Ward Circle.

[NOT accessible from Nebraska Ave northeast-bound:] The garage underneath the School of International Service. The driveway is at the intersection of Nebraska and New Mexico Aves.

Here is a map showing the above parking areas, and others.

Alas, guests are no longer allowed to park in the basement garage of our building.
