American Oversight Reflection

The last year of my life has been relatively dominated by my job at American Oversight as a Document Clerk. While I started as a part time worker, they soon put me up to full time over the summer and had me working 8 hours a day managing documents for the organization, a critical and necessary part of the entire organizations function. Lately, I have been given an increase in responsibilities, beginning to work on document review, scouring hundreds of pages of documents in search of evidence of corruption. This entire experience has rapidly developed my understanding of the world of NGO’s and government corruption.
