I have created two research-based films that use a multitude of film techniques and photography skills. I use various multimedia approaches to give a more realistic face, name and voice to diverse consumers in various types of markets.

What does it mean to be a consumer in a context which emphasizes social goals as key to citizenship? This film presents a snapshot of consumer life in a socialist market. We explore the evolving notion of citizen/consumer in Cuba at a time of shifting market dynamics and cultural change.
