Not hungry in the morning or in a rush? Take some snacks with you in the morning! Yogurt with granola and handheld fruits, like bananas and apples, are some great, healthy options. Fruits are light, delicious, and don’t require any additional preparation. Add some nut butter for extra protein and fullness!

Stay Full with Snacks

Another great on-the-go option is snacks. Stock up your dorm or apartment with filling, nutritious snacks. Packed day? Take some nuts, fruit, or carrots with hummus along with you in your bag. For more snack ideas, click here
