I am graduating senior at American University, majoring in International Relations. My concentrations include U.S. Foreign Policy and National Security and Global Conflict Resolutions as well as a minor in Chinese Language.

I spent last spring semester in a total immersion Chinese (Mandarin) language/culture program at Peking University in Beijing, and traveled throughout China and Tibet.

Working both in a Congressional office and at the Department of State Office of East Asia and the Pacific within the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor, I have expanded my understanding of geo-politics and the United States’ relationships with other actors. I hope to stay in DC and gain more experience relating to U.S. Foreign Policy and National Security Policy.
