Logic Model
The Health Heroes Logic Model focuses on three themes – program development with the goal of participation, classes that promote parent-child communication, and community outreach.

- This logic model will be referenced when evaluating the program, and outlines key goals moving forward. As the program progresses, this logic model may be altered or added to in order to maintain the integrity of Health Heroes, and guarantee that it continues to meet the individual’s and the community’s needs.
