This nutrition education program was designed to help individuals in the workplace create healthy eating behaviors in order to improve rates of obesity and reduce rates of obesity related diseases. The monthly blog posts will talk about different relevant subjects based off of employee preferences, and discuss ways to eat healthy and improve your overall health.
