About Me

Hi! My name is Kelsey Holtz, I am an undergraduate student at American University in Washington D.C. studying International Studies in the School of International Service. I am also pursuing a minor in Public Health and certificates in Community Based Research and Advanced Undergraduate Leadership Studies.

Outside of school, I am a figure skater and an enthusiast of the outdoors, taking every opportunity to be active throughout the year. I am a US Figure Skating Gold Medalist for moves in the field and through skating I have been able to work, volunteer, and coach at ice rinks both at home and at school.

Community service and helping other people is a huge part of my life and I find most of my passion comes from these two things. I volunteer during the school year for Latino Student Fund and I get to educate the most wonderful students. During the spring semester of 2022, I was also able to provide La Clinica Del Pueblo with $1,000 in Metro Cards through a service project that I was working on for the School of Public Affairs leadership program.
