I assisted with some media coverage for Collin County Democrats, covering a local city council’s special meeting regarding the behavior of a councilmen. I wrote up a summary of the event which was posted on the Collin County Democrats Website

In Spring 2018, I took a course called Writing for Communication (COMM-200). My best works in this class have included a New Story I wrote after attending an event featuring Tarana Burke and a News Release with a falsified fact set. I believe both of these works show my ability to cover more than just simply political legislation.
