Amy Trietiak is a Professorial Lecturer in the Department of Health Studies at American University. She teaches online courses in Nutrition Education Methods, Program Planning and Design, Behavior Change, and Health Communication to graduate students enrolled in either the Master of Science in Nutrition Education or Master of Science in Health Promotion Management. Professor Trietiak is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership at the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, with a focus on Learning Design and Leadership. Her research interests include online learning in higher education, collaborative learning strategies, educational technology, and learning analytics in the assessment of student learning.
