The Researchers
Why a small business survey focusing on sustainability in restaurants?
- Understand if small restaurants display ESG awareness and interest.
2. Help owners reduce carbon footprint/become more sustainable.
3. Identify why restaurants haven’t become more sustainable, particularly if they indicate interest.
4. Identify and share unique sustainability practices conducted in restaurants.
5. Share knowledge with general public or small business owners.
