With an effort to be inclusive of all businesses, we contacted restaurants with varying backgrounds, ages, and locations across all 8 wards.

Our study’s results are indicative of restaurants that were interested in speaking with us. This is an identified limitation given some restaurants spoke with us because they had a preexisting interest in sustainability.
