Legis Congressional Fellowship, Brookings Institution

Fellows are given an opportunity to immerse themselves in legislative activity, brief members of Congress, plan and take part in committee hearings and more. They will return to their organization with a clear understanding of the legislative policymaking process, enhanced political acumen and an enduring network of valuable contacts on Capitol Hill. In addition to a two-week, intensive orientation led by experts at the Brookings Institution, fellows receive two complementary BEE courses (residential courses not included) taken within the year of the Fellowship’s completion.
