Spearheaded brand strategy, content creation and graphics for initiative launch and all social media platforms; planned and executed events; produced faculty video content; and created collateral for events. 

 

Judicial Intern, District Court of Montgomery County, Maryland Judiciary, MD, August 2022 – December 2022

             Had direct contact with Judge Zuberi Williams on a daily basis, including morning briefings, in-court observation, one-on-one critique of research and writing skills. Assisted in writing several articles and publications, created action projects to benefit BIPOC youth, and researched how communications and marketing of legal principles translates into the courtroom.

        Spearheaded content creation and graphics for all social media platforms; drafted press releases; coordinated with communications staff to draft weekly newsletters; created branding kits to strengthen brand cohesion across platforms. 

Senior Intern, Dolhon Forensics LLC, Princeton, NJ May 2018- January 2022                                                              Demonstrates time management skills by meeting deadlines set by clients for deposition annotation and analysis for 5-15 hours per week remotely. I published a memorandum on Expert Witnesses and wrote deposition summaries for high profile civil cases. My work was sent to clients such as Cornell University and Madison Square Garden.

Administrative Assistant, American University’s HPAC, Washington, DC January 2021- Present                                 Works 20 hours per week at the Health and Promotion Advocacy Center providing free and accessible COVID-19 testing to the American University community. Spearheaded new hire student employee training for the clinic. 

Project Manager, SPA Leadership Program Spring Action Project, Washington, DC August 2020 – May 2021     Through collaboration, positive discord and trust, my team and I were about to raise a substantial amount of money for Financial Literacy programs in the DMV area. I was in charge of content creation for our social media campaign. 

Co-Founder, Robbinsville For Change Community Action Group, Robbinsville, NJ March 2020-Present              Drafted petitions to include anti-racist pedagogy into curricula. Created a social media following that amplified BIPOC voices to share experiences of racism in our town. Collaborated within a team to communicate with the school board, school officials and Superintendent to create actionable change. Our efforts established an Equity Board of BIPOC teachers and administrators to ensure the success and sustainability of our platform.
