Overweight and obesity are serious health threats facing the Westmoreland County community. The START Now program aims to change that.

Through local high schools, we work to increase teens’ knowledge and skills around healthy eating and adequate physical activity, provide complementary nutrition education to parents, and improve the healthfulness of the school food environment.
