It is anticipated that the START Now organization will lack the financial resources to conduct an external process evaluation of our pilot program. Thus, an internal evaluation team will conduct the process evaluation, and will make every reasonable effort to minimize evaluator bias and potential conflicts of interest. START Now will also work to minimize the time that is required from school personnel in conducting the process evaluation. The complete START Now process evaluation plan is outlined below.
