Hi and welcome to my digital exhibition, a culmination of a year of research on depictions of black Africans in Italian and Northern European Renaissance artworks. I specialize in Italian and Northern European Renaissance Art, with a focus in race, sex, and gender. This project helped to satisfy the requirements of a Master of Arts degree in Art History at American University in Washington, D.C., which was awarded to me in May of 2020.
