Communities of Practice

Communities of Practice (CoPs) are ongoing, collaborative networks where faculty come together to share experiences, exchange strategies, learn from one another, and solve problems together as they interact regularly. The idea is to create a supportive environment where we can reflect on our own practice, experiment with new approaches, and build a shared body of knowledge.
