Hi, I’m Kate!

Hi! My name is Kate and I am a senior undergraduate Elementary Education/Special Education student.  I’m from DC/Bethesda and am working at Marie Reed this semester. Three things about me:

1) I love baking huge layer cakes, inspired by the Great British Bake Off. I’ve made the Swedish Princess cake twice (the first try fell flat on the floor).

2) I have a weird interest in true crime.  I listened to a murder podcast while walking to work this summer!

3) My favorite animal is the octopus, and thus have a lot of octopus sculptures, paintings, and mugs in my home.
