Food-Fueled is an undergraduate research journal focusing on food-related topics and is an extension of American University’s RECIPES project! We aim to publish a range of food-related topics, from policy, to food science, to personal narratives about food and agriculture.
We invite submissions from undergraduate and high school students. Please familiarize yourself with our submission guidelines under our “Submissions” tab!
