Greetings and welcome to my Olson Scholars research page. My name is Noah Higgins and I am a Sophomore at American University double majoring in International Relations and Economics. I am focusing my research for this program on democratic decline in post-Communist Eastern Europe. Outside of academics, I am involved with the United Methodist community on campus and the Student Historical Society. Additionally, I spend a lot of my free time reading, playing strategy board games, and playing tennis.
