Tasks for Dec 13th:

  1. Identify student facing process improvements required in short and long term (Billing, registration, technology, financial aid, and others)
  2. Faculty hiring, onboading, and renewal
  3. Share identified improvement reqs. with OLLC

Tasks for Feb 21st:

  1. Identify needs/investments in technology, access, etc.
  2. Brainstorm proposed solutions short and long term
  3. Discuss how to leverage online partners
  4. Finalize Recommendations for Strat. Vision

Tasks for April 18th:

  1. Present final recommendations to OLLC for submission to Provost
