On January 19th I made my way to the first meeting that I had about my research during the semester. I had about 15 minutes of discussion with Dr. Field and I feel as though this meeting was extremely important to setting me back on track in terms of my research. I was getting caught up in the nuances of the large–n section of my case selection, when I needed to be considering how I was going to be approaching the project in the later stages through a small–n case study analysis. Moving forward from this meeting, I was definitely concerned with what I needed to be doing, but I was still more confident then I had been before the meeting.
