The name of my podcast is “Murder Fixers.” This podcast is about two less than intelligent college students (not based on any real-life college students) who are trying to solve the most obvious case ever (in my opinion). They go on to put insufficient work into their project, interview two non-experts, and generally do all sorts of things podcasters probably should not do.
The point of this podcast was to expand on what was discussed upon in class and in A Very Fatal Murder by The Onion. Class discussion and preparation gave me countless examples of what not to do in a podcast, and A.V.F.M. showed it was possible to bring up this in a comedic way. My podcast was an attempt to combine these criticisms and the method of satire, whether or not I was successful in this is up to you.
