Chief Executive Officer, Youth 4 Beto, Texas (remote)  

  • Helped design and implement a youth town hall in Hidalgo County with turnout of 50+ youth as well as Beto running and promoting the town hall
  • Advertised and grew the executive team volunteers from 5 members to 30+ members
  • Directing Organizing, Outreach, Social Media, and Research team’s tasks and providing support to team leads as necessary
  •  Grew our volunteer list to over 500+ volunteers
  • Manage a list of over 500 members that volunteer at B4T and Y4B events
  • Host meetings where volunteers can collaborate on plans the social media, outreach, and organizing teams
  • Run the onboarding process to bring qualified volunteers onto the team

Executive Director of Outreach, Powered by Youth, Texas (Remote)       March 2021 – Present 

  • Designed, compiled, and edited the information for liberal-leaning clubs at all 170+ colleges across the state of Texas
  • Structured and implemented college outreach plan with Team Captains and Ambassadors at 10 colleges across the state
  • Leading the outreach team with 12 members, and growing
  • Developed and implemented a new streamlined onboarding process for the leadership team
  • Aided Cynthia Cano in Non-Disclosure Agreement organization and collection
  • Introduced former Presidential Candidate Beto O’Rourke at Texas Drive for Democracy event in Texarkana

  • Advised U.S. House Representative Van Taylor on policy positions
  • Advocated for of color, LBGTQ+, and other marginalized youth in Texas’s Third Congressional district
