Select recipes and gather proper kitchen safety information to teach to students. Introduce proper kitchen safety to students and then teach them simple recipes that include fruits and vegetable. Students learn to safely handle kitchen items and learn quick meals they can make themselves. Students take an interest in cooking and begin making simple snacks of fruits and vegetables.
