Unfortunately, throughout the implementation process of my project, the team dynamic was often strained and difficult to work within. While all of the people were individually wonderful, there was tension created by differing beliefs which created a lack of full trust between the team members. This lack of trust at times resulted in an issue with sharing input and overall team buy-in. Everyone worked fantastically throughout the project, but at times it felt like the team was divided into factions, and that we had a hard time coming together and working as a true team. There was never any conflict within the group and we all maintained civility, but it often felt that conversation and collaboration were strained. Despite these obstacles, however, we were able to push towards the fundraising goal that we had set at the beginning of the project, and ultimately fundraise more than we had even hoped.
